Neighborhood Activities in captiva

You don't need to leave Sunset Captiva for most of your activities. Our large, heated pool is surrounded by comfortable beach chairs

and umbrellas. 

Or, you can follow the boardwalk to the wide, sandy beach. 

If you're feeling sporty, grab your tennis gear and head to the courts. 

For dinner, grill your favorites on our three lighted gas grills, which are cleaned every morning. 

And every night, owners and guests gather at the beach to watch the sunset and enjoy a beverage.

After all, that's why you came isn't it? From the front door it's an easy 300 yards away on our private road and boardwalk. The beach is wide and sandy, with lots of shells to browse and collect. We provide beach towels, chairs, and beach toys.

You'll also want to visit the beach in the evenings to see the sun set daily! There's just something about the peaceful serenity of the sun setting on a perfect day and trust us when we say, no two sunsets are ever quite the same.

 For those with the ambition for exercise, the two Har-Tru tennis courts are next to the pool and booking time is generally not a problem.

Our large heated community swimming pool is the social center of the neighborhood, and is a hit for both the adults and the kids.

The pool area is fenced for safety, but please note that there is no lifeguard. You’ll find plenty of chaise lounges: choose from shade or sun.
