Rentals are for FULL weeks, Saturday-to-Saturday

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am

 A deposit is required at time of reservation, and the full rent and tax is due sixty days prior to arrival. Major credit cards accepted.  Need a modified check-in/check-out?  Inquire with us for exceptions.

If you are bringing small children, our local property manager offers a rental program for cribs, high chairs, strollers, etc. At the house, we have a pretty good supply of beach toys.


The maximum occupancy is eight people and two cars for Captiva Retreat. Pets are not allowed.


These rules are enforced. Sunset Captiva has Rules and Regulations that apply to all residents, including renters. They are very normal and reasonable, but you should know them. 


Deposit: $1,000 per week during the high season; $500 per week all other times.


Baby Items: If you need to rent a crib, high chair, or other baby-related item, check with Island Rental Services . 


*$185 amenity fee per stay plus 11% Florida tax.
